Nami is an energy-aware AI companion: chat, memory, planning, and recovery tools that adapt to the capacity you set. It is part of the Kumbatio ecosystem.

Nami is not medical care, therapy, or an emergency service. It does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any condition, and it does not infer your health state from your behavior. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a crisis line in your area - Nami is not the right tool for that moment, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.

You need an account to use the full product. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. Your data is yours: our privacy page describes exactly what we store and what we never do with it. In short - no sale, no hidden inference, no advertising use.

Do not use Nami to break the law, to harm others, or to probe or disrupt the service. Do not rely on Nami's output for medical, legal, or financial decisions without checking with a qualified professional - AI companions are fallible, and ours is no exception.

We work to keep Nami available and improving, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves; we will not remove your ability to export or delete your data. If we ever shut the service down, we will give reasonable notice and a way to take your data with you.

To the extent the law allows, Nami is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here reduces your statutory rights.

You can stop using Nami and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where the situation allows it.
