Chronic illness, fatigue and burnout
You say how much you have today. Nami works inside it.
Nami is for people whose capacity changes from one day to the next, for any reason. It does not ask why, and it never asks for a diagnosis.
The level is yours to set
Each day you choose Peak, Active, Steady, Low or Rest. Nothing measures you to decide it: no wearable, no heart rate, no model reading how you type. Nami follows the level you set, and it follows you to any device you sign in on.
Plans that pace themselves
Ask Nami to plan something that leads up to an appointment, a trip or a visit, and the plan has rest before it and recovery after it. On a Low or Rest day a step is written the cheaper way where there is one: sitting down for it, split in two, part of it done the day before.
Say it for me
When you have to cancel, postpone or say no, Nami offers to write the message: short, plain, with no over-apologising and nothing about your health unless you want it there. Send this hands it to your phone’s share sheet. It works at Rest, when writing it yourself is the part you cannot do.
Rest is a reading
Recovery has seven short activities and a full-screen pause with no timer on it. At Rest, Nami replies in three sentences at most and the board shows one step. Nothing on the page asks anything of you.
What is kept, and for whom
Your check-ins and recovery sessions are kept with your account, seen only by you, never sold and never used for advertising. Stress and social battery are recorded only when you give them.
What Nami leaves out
Nami is not medical care and it is not a health record. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor any condition. For decisions about your health, ask a clinician.
Thirty days to see whether it fits.
Replies and planning are included for thirty days, then with a monthly subscription. Your board, notes and memories stay yours either way. After the thirty days, €9.99 a month.
If the price is what stands in the way, write to hello@namiai.app and ask for a lower one.
