The pledge
Four promises. Each one is written so you can tell whether we have kept it.
The energy system is open
The scale, the strategies, and every decision the level makes are an SDK you can read: @kumbatio/energy-system, published under the MIT license. If Nami says a reply was paced to Rest, you can go and see what Rest means.
Your data is not for sale
Not today, not in a pivot, not in the fine print. There is no fine print. What we keep, and why, is listed on the privacy page, and Settings › Your data downloads all of it as one file.
Nami asks first
Saved memories reach the chat only after you switch that on. Anything Nami would write (a task, a step, a memory, a note, a calendar entry) stops and waits for your yes, until you choose otherwise in Settings. Consent is a setting you can see.
You set the level
Nami never infers your capacity, never scores your behavior, and never treats how you type as a symptom. The number is yours, and it is the only one.
Who stands behind them
Nami is operated by Entro314 Labs Single Member P.C., in Greece, as part of the Kumbatio ecosystem, whose own pledge is at kumbat.io. If you think one of these promises has been broken, write to legal@kumbat.io.
